Feel like I am being paid back for being an awful person/ bad person
My life changed forever on January 3rd ,2021
Lost family connection (what little there was) June 2021
I changed forever on November 14, 2021
I successfully cut everyone out of my life during this time (except children and mom)
I lost myself since then
…….. or maybe I never knew who I was
This evening anger erupted as the big emotion. Haven’t felt that in a while which is strange for me as anger has been a huge emotion of mine most of my life.
Now I cry!
