Had to drive daughter to her class this morning and was exhausted as I slept for an hour last night. Don’t know why on days I have to drive her I do not sleep night before. Took a nap for couple hours after we got home. Then had to take another nap around 8pm. NP is coming a home visit Monday and hopefully can advise on how to find some comfort.
