Today I took the plunge and made the call to the local mental health clinic. Had a call back appointment with Rick. Will do another appointment next Thursday. Then had my final therapy appointment with Rob. He has been good and I’m sad to see that come to an end .He will however put in a referral to OT as he feels it may be helpful. Both appointments back-to-back were tough. Draining! Tomorrow is my follow up with the NP. For today I try to remain mindless and try and get things done.
Been noticing a change in my appetite last couple days. Food isn’t tasting as good as it once did and I can not eat as much as normal. Not even half my normal portion
